Christine Neese is a Navy wife, mother of 2, Massage Therapist and Yoga Instructor. She teaches beginning to intermediate level classes with an emphasis on alignment, strength, and focus in the flow. In addition to her 200 hour RYT, Christine is also certified to work with military veterans and individuals with PTSD, hoping to build a yoga community of service to those who serve us.
Alyssa Dausman is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200) with Yoga Alliance and trained through Warriors at Ease to teach yoga in military communities. While Alyssa is a scientist focusing on Gulf restoration as part of her "day job", she spends her free time teaching yoga to active military. Her desire is to bring the healing power of yoga to men and women who bravely serve this country. Because her students are often strong, she integrates arm balances and inversions into her practice; while also focusing on breathing, building flexibility, and reducing stress.
Beverly Fitzsimmons is a registered yoga teacher (RYT-200). She is a mother of two and grandmother of 5. Having experienced firsthand the transformative power of yoga, Bev is delighted to share this mindful and healthy practice of breath and movement, in the belief that yoga is for EVERY body.
Bev has volunteered her time to lead yoga classes for teachers in the Dallas-Fort Worth school system. She has been instructing yoga classes consistently since 2010. Bev also led a 6 week after school yoga program for teachers in the Waveland, MS elementary school district and has taught all levels Yoga at the US Embassy in Canada for 3 years. EVERY body.
Tonya Wetzel is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200) with Yoga Alliance. She has a background in dance, and brings her love for movement to her classes. Tonya’s classes are light-hearted and focus on alignment as well as finding balance between effort and ease. Tonya began practicing yoga during a stressful time in her life, and found yoga to bring joy and healing. She hopes to share this joy of yoga with others.
