Alyssa Daussman

Alyssa Dausman is a 500 hour certified Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-500) with Yoga Alliance and trained through Warriors at Ease to teach yoga in military communities. While Alyssa is a scientist as part of her "day job", she spends her free time teaching yoga to active military. Her desire is to bring the healing power of yoga to men and women who bravely serve this country. Because her students are often strong, she integrates arm balances and inversions into her practice; while also focusing on breathing, building flexibility, and reducing stress. 

Tonya Wetzel

Tonya Wetzel is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200) with Yoga Alliance. She has a background in dance, and brings her love for movement to her classes. Tonya’s classes are light-hearted and focus on alignment as well as finding balance between effort and ease.  Tonya began practicing yoga during a stressful time in her life, and found yoga to bring joy and healing. She hopes to share this joy of yoga with others.

Lindy Lewis

Lindy Lewis was introduced to yoga in 2012. She earned her Yoga Alliance RYT 200 hour teacher training at CorePower Yoga RiNo in Denver, Colorado in 2016 where she studied Baptiste style power vinyasa yoga. Lindy's classes are high energy with a focus on alignment, breath, and flow. She is a DevOps Automation Engineer at Stelligent and a Computer Science professor at USM.

Jessi Donald

Jessi Donald is trained in Vinyasa Yoga through the Shanti Yoga program in Covington, LA with an additional certification in kid yoga through Kidding Around Yoga. She is an elementary school counselor, teacher, wife, and mother of one. Jessi’s classes focus on body awareness, breath, and flow. She enjoys being able to share the peace and healing power yoga brings to her life.

Layia Ann Kelly

Laiya Ann Kelly is a 200 Hour (RYT) registered yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance. Finding Yoga through a challenging episode with Sciatica, she personally experienced what the power of yoga can do. Yoga relieves distress from chronic movements. Yoga is the tool to keep strong and pain free at any age.

She is a certified Strength and Balance coach. Laiyas classes focus on de-stressing the body and mind to create strength and balance. She teaches yoga asanas to help release pent up energy in the body with movement and some light assisted stretching. Laiya is also a Reiki Master Teacher (an ancient form of energy healing) and is a Certified Hypnotherapist. She is currently studying nutrition. Originally from Utah, she loves the outdoors and spends her spare time paddle boarding and kayaking.
