Frequently Asked Questions

What about Social Distancing guidance by the CDC?

Because of current CDC guidance around Social Distancing (~6 feet) we are now offering in-person classes outside on the Back Deck at Loft Yoga.  It's a beautiful open space with a large covered area.  We will still broadcast these classes on Zoom for those who wish to join us online.
Zoom is an easy platform for "virtual classes" accessible from your computer, smartphone, or tablet. Our on-line classes are donations based, and a pass can be purchased for as little a $1. Our in-person classes at Loft Yoga on the Back Deck are at our regular pricing. On-line and in-person passes can be purchased on Loft's Punchpass page (https://loft-yoga.punchpass.com).

When you sign up for on-line classes, a zoom link to join the class will be emailed to you. For the in-person classes, the number of participants is limited so please sign up in advance.

Please follow us or visit us on Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/loftbsl/) for regular updates (don't worry, you don't have to join Facebook to look!) or Twitter or Instagram @loftbsl (where we also post our updates) as well as our web site LoftBSL.com
We'll open the Zoom class window ~10 minutes ahead of class time in the event you're having issues or questions, or just want to chat! This enables us to keep our Sangha, our Community, going.

If you have any problems utilizing Zoom, please text 954-288-2165.
